Production comes before delivery
Photo portraits
Your digital proof is normally sent within 2 business days. One revision is included. Allow approximately 5–7 business days for production after you approve the proof. Carrier transit begins after the finished piece is dispatched.
Custom cutting boards and ornaments
The production schedule is confirmed for your order or quote. A completed board normally needs 2–5 business days for final inspection, packing, and dispatch unless the product page says otherwise; that handling window is not a promise to build a new board in 2–5 days.
Delivery and packaging
We pack finished pieces carefully and provide tracking when the order ships. Carrier delivery times are estimates. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date; Christmas delivery is not guaranteed without an explicitly confirmed deadline.
Other destinations and larger orders
Availability and shipping charges depend on the destination and the items ordered. Review the shipping options shown at checkout or request a quote before payment for oversized, multiple-item, or international orders.
